Every Saudi SME faces the same wall

The e-invoicing mandate is real, the deadline is firm, and the existing options are built for companies ten times your size.

The Mandate Covers You

Any business generating more than SAR 375,000 annually must issue e-invoices compliant with Phase 2 requirements. Missing the deadline triggers fines starting at SAR 1,000 per violation.

Enterprise Systems Cost a Fortune

SAP and Oracle implementations start at SAR 200,000 and routinely exceed SAR 1,000,000. That is not a realistic option for most small and medium businesses.

International Tools Miss the Mark

Platforms built for the US or EU market were not designed around Saudi compliance rules. You end up fighting the software instead of running your business.

Built specifically for Saudi businesses

Everything you need to issue compliant e-invoices — nothing you do not.

Direct Authority Integration

Submit invoices directly to ZATCA in real time. Reporting mode for standard invoices and clearance mode for B2B — both supported out of the box.

Arabic-First Design

Every screen, every label, every error message is designed in Arabic first. English is available too, but the default experience is built for Saudi teams.

Honest SME Pricing

A flat monthly subscription — no per-invoice fees, no setup charges, no hidden costs. Pricing designed around what a small or medium business can actually afford.

QR-Coded PDF Invoices

Every issued invoice comes with a print-ready PDF with the required QR code embedded. Share it with your client or archive it — it is ready the moment you submit.

Secure & Compliant Storage

All invoices are stored encrypted on servers hosted in Saudi Arabia, meeting local data residency requirements with no extra configuration from you.

Fast Onboarding

From sign-up to your first compliant invoice in under 30 minutes. No consultants required, no lengthy implementation project, no training week.

Three steps to full compliance

No technical expertise required. If you can fill out a form, you can get compliant.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you don't find your answer here, email us at hello@codestructure.sa

Does the e-invoicing mandate apply to my business?
If your business generates more than SAR 375,000 in taxable revenue annually, you are legally required to comply with Phase 2 requirements. Check the ZATCA developer portal for the exact wave schedule for your business group.
What does Phase 2 actually mean for me?
Phase 2 requires your billing system to be directly connected to ZATCA. Every issued invoice must be cryptographically signed, assigned a tamper-proof hash, and either cleared or reported in real time before client delivery. Code Structure automates this entire process.
Do I need technical expertise to set this up?
No. We designed the setup to be fully user-friendly. You only need your Commercial Registration (CR) and VAT numbers, and our automated onboarding system handles all the secure cryptographic handshakes with ZATCA on your behalf.
What is the pricing after the beta phase?
We are finalizing our pricing structure, but we guarantee there will be no setup fees, no per-invoice charges, and a flat monthly cost built specifically for SMEs. Beta waitlist members will receive a permanent discount when we go live.
Where is my business data stored?
All invoice and client data is encrypted and stored in local servers located in Saudi Arabia, meeting local data residency regulations. Your data is secure and never shared with third parties.
